The Newest Royal Enfield Bike the 250cc Motorcycle: Quite a new introduction in the 250cc segment of motorcycles in India, Royal Enfield is all set to launch a completely new motorcycle. This motorcycle is meant specifically to cater to those who desire that life of Royal Enfield but in a lighter version, more fuel-efficient.
Looks and Design
Expect a vintage design of the brand new 250cc motorcycle, perhaps taking a few design cues from the Bullet and the Classic models. It will have a round LED headlamp, a teardrop fuel tank, a chrome exhaust, and an attractive palette, supplemented with modern essentials like LED indicators and a semi-digital meter.
Engine and Performance
There would be a high expectation with a 249cc single cylinder air-cooled engine producing power between 20–25 PS and torque between 20–22 Nm, combined with a 5-speed gearbox for easy city and highway cruising while economical with fuel consumption in the range of 35–45 km/l.
Features

Some of the features that would probably be kept are LED lighting, dual-channel ABS, a USB charging port, and maybe even Tripper navigation at the top of Royal Enfield’s 250cc offering. Comfort is carried through in the soft ride, a wide handlebar, and the tubeless tires.
Price and Launch
It is believed that the price of this bike will stay between 1.50 Lakhs to 1.90 Lakhs (ex-showroom price). Around mid-2025 or the end of the year, it is expected to launch. At present, there has been no announcement by the company for the official launching date.
Mileage
Reportedly, it will return a mileage of around 35–45 km/l, depending on the conditions of the road and style of riding.
Conclusion
This Royal Enfield 250cc would suit an aficionado with the classic Royal Enfield looks but wanting a lightweight, economical and high mileage motorcycle. The bike would compete in the segment against the likes of Bajaj Avenger 220, Yamaha FZ25, and Suzuki Gixxer 250.
